What Polymaven is

Polymaven produces research-based probability estimates for public prediction markets such as Polymarket and Kalshi. It is an informational tool. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice; it is not a broker or exchange; it never places trades or holds funds on your behalf.

No guarantees

Estimates can be wrong. Markets move, sources conflict, and models make mistakes. You alone decide whether to act on anything Polymaven shows you, and you alone bear the outcome. Always do your own research before making any trading or investment decision.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — including automated bulk access, scraping, or resale of output.

Subscription and billing

Full Access is a monthly subscription billed through Whop, our payment processor. New subscriptions may start with a $1 first week that converts to the regular monthly price unless cancelled before the week ends. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

• Personal use only — don’t republish, resell, or redistribute analyses at scale.
• No automated scraping or bulk querying of the service.
• No use that is unlawful where you live, including in jurisdictions where prediction-market trading is restricted.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
